Established in 1999, Vandeuren rapidly achieved a standard in archival framing. Over the last few years we have framed numerous historically important works of art. These works have led to the discovery of many incredible frames, once lost, which are now being properly reproduced.
We strive to examine the original craftsmanship that has come into our hands, and to faithfully reproduce it. Skilled craftsmen tiressly reproduce these formerly obscure details. Multiple trips to Europe and throughout North America, especially in California, have resulted in the discovery of custom finishes that had been long forgotten, or, at best, poorly reproduced. We pride ourselves in our impeccable attention to details that often transcend the most discerning eyes. A frame carved in the style of Louis XV that you would find in our atelier, will look exactly like one you may see in the Louvre.
